We want to provide good service to our customers. Not good
service, excellent service.
Our products are thoroughly tested before release, so bug
discoveries are a pretty rare occurrence. Most support
questions have to do with misunderstandings about usage or
a need for clarification on features.
Most of the information you'll ever need about a product is
contained in the manual, or on the online manuals we're
putting online. Reading these manuals are essential to
using our products, which are often complex and
multi-featured.
We spend a goodly amount of time writing these manuals so
that customers have the information they need to use our
products and services.
In order to provide full customer service to those with
valid questions not covered in the product manual, we need
to ask that customers please read the manuals BEFORE
submitting support requests, so that our staff can take the
time to answer valid questions without getting bogged down
with questions that could be answered by flipping through
the manual.
